bud light 3D FAIL

redefining "beer goggles"

inevitably, bud light grabbed viewers' attention again...

AB recently made light of the newly emerging three-dimensional television viewing debate by claiming that "3d" just wouldn't work for them...not because of its limited appeal, but because of its overwhelming desirability..."it tested too well"

this ad glorifies the product by its very existence in 3d - depicting test subjects reaching out for imaginary bottles of bud light, jumping through television sets, and running into two-way mirrors. the test subjects are compelled to immediately consume the product, illustrating the irresistible nature of bud light.

bud light is also able to continue to identify its beer with the "common man" - one, in this case, who does not own an expensive 3d television and its pricey, enabling goggles.
